OWNERSHIP OF SITE

These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms of Use”) apply to the Simmons Automotive Repair Center web site (the “site”) at ("http://simmonsautorepair.com" or "http://www.simmonsautorepair.com"). The site is the property of Simmons Automotive Repair Center (“Simmons Automotive”). BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE. Simmons Automotive reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time and at its discretion. It is your responsibility to check periodically for changes. Your continued use of the site following the posting of changes to the Terms of Use implies that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, Simmons Automotive grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the site.

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.

The Information We Collect

The Simmons Automotive Repair website includes features to facilitate the maintenance of your vehicle, including "RoadRunner", our free online reservation system. When you make an appointment online, you are invited to provide us with your:

Name
Address
Email Address
Phone number
Make / Model of your Vehicle
Vehicle Plate

While several of these fields are optional, you will need to provide a phone number and email address at a minimum in order for us to contact you concerning your appointment. With your free RoadRunner account, you may optionally add any of your vehicles to your personal vehicle database, and review any of your past appointments.

How We Use Your Information

The information you provide on our website is used by Simmons Automotive Repair to contact you regarding any appointment you may make with Simmons for vehicle repairs. Simmons Automotive Repair does not use this information for other purposes, nor is this information sold, shared, or in any way disseminated with third parties.

The email address you provide is used by you to log into your RoadRunner account. Simmons may also use that address to correspond with you concerning a vehicle repair appointment. Your email address is not used in any other way, nor will it be sold, shared or distributed to any third party.

Our Commitment To Data Security

This website never requests nor requires information which could be used to compromise your privacy or data security beyond your name, phone number and email address. Although we take reasonable efforts to protect this data (password protection), we can not strictly guarantee that this database could not be compromised or accessed by an external party. For this reason we do not collect any information that is not already a matter of public record, nor do we store any information of a sensitive nature on this site.

This website is in no way linked to any of Simmons Automotive Repair's internal service record management or bookkeeping systems.

How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information

Any information you have entered on this website can be accessed and updated from your personal RoadRunner account.
